This year’s haul is bigger and better than the last… I learned a lot from last year. Mostly not to overwater, and let nature do its thing. Though we had a dry year resulting, for me, in some smaller yields, but the natural process still left me with some beautifully balanced bulbs – some large and some small. I find that having a variety in the kitchen is a good thing as sometimes you might just want to use a whole head of a smaller piece. For the seed enthusiasts out there, here is what I grew in order of early to late:

Softneck: Metechi, Polish, Inchellium, Susanville, Silverskin

Hardneck: Uzbekistan, Italian Red, Purple Stripe, Spanish Roja, Music, Geogian Fire, Duganski

Shallot: Grey

I am flush with eggs right now, and have added hours to a google business page. Please reach out first as the hours are not strict.
