CYMK studios is a rentable music space for practice, recording, also available for multi-day use. While not a professional studio, the openness of Summit/Waller allows for anyone to chart out some great demos on their own time at their own volume. Features include

Due to the nature of my home being a farm, I occasionally need caretakers when leaving home. If you are a musician with some songs you would like to self-record, this is a great opportunity to schedule a stay.
Studio time can be exchanged as a work trade for chores on the farm. I need help with.
